Kai Bosley

Researcher II

Kai Bosley is a Junior Scientist/Researcher II in the Neuromodulation Research Center. Her preclinical research entails processing neurophysiological data from a population of behaving non-human primates (NHP) and analyzing acute carryover motor improvement through the novel approach of Coordinated Reset Deep Brain Stimulation (CR DBS), an alternative to traditional DBS. She is interested in examining changes during and following lower levels of CR DBS burst stimulation using a Parkinsonian NHP model.

She has a strong drive to understand many of the surgical techniques that go along with DBS implementation as well as how it translates with clinical patient procedures and practice.
